No upfront security deposit.
A separately signed, booking-specific credit-card authorization and a credit card saved securely in Square are required before booking confirmation and tote handoff. No card hold is placed. We provide an itemized notice before any equipment charge permitted by your authorization, handle it manually, and provide a receipt afterward. Enter card details only through Square’s secure form.

Is my booking confirmed when I send a request?+
No. We check availability and send a Square invoice and rental agreement. We confirm your booking after payment, the signed rental agreement, separately signed credit-card authorization, and a saved credit card are verified.
Can I keep my totes longer?+
Contact us before the agreed return date. Weekly extensions are $25 for 15 totes, $30 for 25 totes, or $40 for 40 totes, plus applicable sales tax and subject to availability.
What happens if a tote is lost or damaged?+
Lost, stolen, unreturned, or damaged totes beyond ordinary wear may incur a $25 per-tote equipment charge under your signed rental agreement. Normal wear is excluded. Equipment charges are handled manually using the agreed authorization.
Do you deliver to my address?+
Delivery and retrieval are $50 within 25 miles of Ravena, NY. Send your address so we can confirm coverage. Longer-distance service is quoted separately.
